Simply press the button on your transmitter whenever you need assistance. Once pressed, your system speaker will announce “Emergency! Emergency!...” for approximately 30 seconds. This lets you know that one of our dispatchers will be assisting you in seconds.

1. One of our trained dispatchers announces themselves to you on the console speakerphone...

In a few short moments one of our trained dispatchers will make contact with you through the two way speaker phone built into the main unit. Once they have contacted you, they will remain on the line with you until help arrives.

2. You Tell Us what kind of assistance you need….

Once our dispatcher has contacted you, you let us who you would like us to contact for you. Since we have your contacts and medical history on record we can give a detailed description of the situation and your status to whom you wish.

3. We contact family, friends, neighbors or emergency responder that you prefer...

Based on your needs, a QuickAlert dispatcher will contact whoever you specify and explain the situation to them and get you prompt assistance all while we stay on the line with you.

4. We stay on the phone with you, arrange for help, and remain on the line until help arrives!

Our staff stays on the line with you until help arrives. No matter who you wish for us to send, we will be there for you until someone arrives to your location.

5. We can contact your family & friends to let them know that something has happened….

Once help has arrived and situation addressed, our dispatcher will contact whoever you wish to let them know the details of the emergency such as who responded, if/where you were taken to a medical facility, and your condition.
