I feel compelled to write Quick Alert to thank you for not only once but twice in saving my elderly mother’s life.

The last episode began with a heart attack, where time can be life or death. My mom could not function since her motor skills were impacted but she pressed the Quick Alert button and had response within a very short time. As I live 75 miles away from my mother, your company called all emergency respondents in Newport News to take care of her and to take her to the hospital and then the your company called me and updated me to her care.

Dear Quick Alert

I can not thank you enough for introducing the “Quick Alert” security to me for my mother. As you know, she is 80 years old living alone and already has had one hip replacement. She is an active woman who plays bridge, attends circle meetings, luncheons and dines with friends. Before you installed this I would have to call her all times of the day and evening to make sure she was alright. It has given me such peace of mind to know that should she fall or feel threatened by something a quick push of a button connects her to someone immediately that can send the help she needs.

I am also interested in installing one of these in my daughter’s new apartment. For the first time, my single 21 year old daughter will not have a roommate. Living in Richmond alone makes both her father and me worry for her safety as she often comes in late at night due to her going to college and working.

Again, I am thrilled with this product and would recommend it to anyone worried about their loved ones old or young living alone.
